Master in Eng. - Information Technology. 30 years of experience in IT with more than 20 years in governance/management: CIO offices, IT governance senior advisor, enterprise architecture practice direction and establishment, architecture, infrastructure and business application management, R&D.

IT governance

· Strategic planning : IT and business plan alignment; costs/benefits evaluation; capacity planning;

· Enterprise Architecture; roadmap and transition plan aligned on strategic planning; enterprise architecture program; IT standards definition;

· Project Portfolio Management : program definition and management (more than 25 projects, 200 resources); vision and direction for project delivery;

· Performance measurement; key performance indicators’ definition, implementation and follow-up;

· Involvement in many IT domains : infrastructure, application development, operation management, support, architecture, project management office, CIO office;

· Within master’s degree project : development of a model to chose IT governance framework and to draft a governance transformation roadmap;

 

 

Management, coordination and communication

· Team creation and implementation (mandate, role & responsibilities, recruiting, training plan, performance management); up to 25 people;

· Responsible of IT solution and project review committees;

· Business management committee participation (finance, marketing, human resources, engineering, etc.) and responsible for business relationship management;

· IT governance and management strategic advisory and coaching;

· English and French, spoken and written;

· Leadership and teamwork, in multicultural environment;

· Skill to communicate with upper management and to popularize IT concepts;

· Participation to outsourcing contract management;

· Budget management (planning, management, approval, follow-up, forecast) and asset management; management of budget up to 35M$; management of 156M$ project portfolio;

 

Continious process improvement and re-engineering

· Improvement and reengineering of end-to-end processes (IT, HR, customer services);

· New process definition;

· Best practices IT management framework : CobIT/ValIT, ITIL, TCO/ROI, NIE, SOA, PRINCE2;

· Management of innovation; innovation process and portfolio, market analysis;
